About London Kitesurfers

The Association

London Kitesurfers Association (LKSA) is a limited company by guarantee with the aim to promote Kitesurfing in the London area and organise kitesurfing related activity for its members. The club is run by David and Joris.

The London Kitesurfers Association is the largest club in the UK with currently 1280 members. It originates from the London Kitesurfers Meetup group, which was established in 2009.

We are officially linked to the British Kitesports Association (BKSA)

The club participates in (and promotes) several UK based kitesurfing activities: such as the BKSA kitesurfing ball, the British Kitesurfing Championship and the Virgin Kitesurfing Armada. For the 2017 Kitesurfing Armada we are aiming to set a record of 100 London Kitesurfers in the Guinness World Record's “Largest Parade of Kitesurfers”.

We organise clinics with pro-riders and lessons with qualified schools. We also organise monthly kitesurf drinks, a Christmas dinner and the London Kitesurfing Awards. Furthermore, we arrange discounts with brands and shops.

And of course we kite a lot. There is always some one kiting somewhere in the UK - when there is wind - and the club is the ideal place to meet fellow kiters you can share rides with or meet up with.

Lastly, there are many of our members going on kite holidays and very many people just tag along and have a great time.
